Bring people to work together face-to-face - from anywhere. Cisco Personal Multiparty makes video collaboration as easy as making a phone call. Perfect for midsize organizations or large corporations, Cisco Personal Multiparty lets you extend your Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM) deployment to include multiparty collaboration. You can bring everyone together with high-quality, high-definition (720p or 1080p HD) video, audio, and content sharing. Whether they are working on a desktop or on a mobile device, participants can join a meeting from any location. Cisco Personal Multiparty is available a-la-carte within Cisco Unified Communications Licensing (UCL) or can be included in the Cisco Unified Workspace Licensing (UWL) Professional package. For each license selected, one named host is entitled to host multiparty meetings. They can do this by scheduling a conference (with Personal Multiparty Advanced), using a personalized contact address, or simply meeting instantly from any standards-based, video-enabled device or Cisco Jabber enabled mobile and desktop solution. You can provide every user with a dedicated personal conference address, making it easy to set up future meetings, and protect access with a personal identification number (PIN). When more users need to be able to host meetings, simply add host licenses. Cisco Personal Multiparty is enabled by Cisco TelePresence Server and Cisco TelePresence Conductor. Cisco TelePresence Management Suite (TMS) and TMS Provisioning Extension (TMSPE) are included, and can be deployed in order to facilitate the creation of large numbers personal Cisco Collaboration Meeting Rooms (CMRs). Cisco Personal Multiparty Advanced additionally includes support for scheduled meetings, and enables anyone to join a meeting from any standards-based video device or Microsoft Lync client. All of these products are available as virtualized solutions that can be deployed on Cisco Unified Computing System (Cisco UCS) servers or specifications-based third-party platforms. You can also install Cisco TelePresence Server on dedicated hardware. It can be deployed as an entry-level solution on the Cisco TelePresence Server on Multiparty Media 400v, and on the Multiparty Media 310, and 320 appliances. Or use the Cisco TelePresence Server Mobility Services Engine (MSE) 8710 chassis-based platform for larger deployments. Each of these platforms can be scaled easily as user numbers grow, by simply increasing your server capacity.
