Directions for Use This product is for cleaning glass, windows, mirrors, plastic, Plexiglass and a variety of other water washable surfaces. Dilute 2 oz./gal. or 16 mL/L (1:64) with cold water. Spray glass cleaner on surface to be cleaned and wipe with a lint-free towel or squeegee. Improper use or dilution of this product may affect cleaning performance, result in excess waste or may damage surfaces also may increase risk of health effects. Gloves and goggles recommended personal protection equipment. Directions for Use Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile (vinyl composition, vinyl, linoleum) and properly sealed hard surfaces (marble, terrazzo). RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures and humidity may extend dry time. 4 - 5 coats of finish are recommended. Note: This product is a self sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Damp mop or automatic scrub using a neutral pH cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor as desired. The use of a cleaner/restorer is recommended to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating. INTERIM MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Top scrub the floor using a top scrub cleaner and recommended floor pad to remove the top soiled layers of finish. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Dilute with water for general cleaning. This degreaser is for use in schools, factories, kitchens, and food service. Not for use in food-preparation or food-contact areas. Particularly effective at removing ink, marker and crayon graffiti from desks, countertops and other washable surfaces. FOR DISPENSING SYSTEM: Place product so that it will dispense diluted product at the dilutions listed below. LIGHT SOIL: Dilute 2 oz./gal. or 16 mL/L (1:64) with water. MODERATE SOIL: Dilute 4 - 5 oz./gal. or 31.25 - 38.5 mL/L (1:32 - 1:26) with water. HEAVY SOIL: Dilute 8.5 oz./gal. or 66.7 mL/L (1:15) with water. FOR USE WITH TRIGGER SPRAY BOTTLE: Spray properly diluted product to soiled areas and wipe with a clean cloth.FOR USE WITH MOP BUCKETS: Fill mop bucket with properly diluted product as indicated by the soil levels and the dilution table above. Apply properly diluted product to the floor, let set 3 - 5 minutes. Pick up with tightly rung mop or wet/dry vacuum. For fungicidal activity: Betco Triforce is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes [the athlete's foot fungus] when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities. Betco Triforce is a one-step fungicide at 1/2 oz. per gallon in 250 ppm hard water and 5% serum. For mold and mildew: At 1/2 oz. per gallon, Betco Triforce will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces. Follow disinfection instructions. This application method is not to be used to treat hard, non-porous surfaces for sanitization or fungicidal claims. <ul> <li>Ensure bystanders and pets are not present in the room during application.</li> <li>Clean visibly dirty surfaces prior to spraying.</li> <li>Wear an N95 filtering facepiece respirator or half face respirator with a N95 filter and eye protection when spraying.</li> <li>Select a spray nozzle that produces spray droplet particles with a volume median diameter =80µm</li> <li>Place the electrostatic spray function in the ON position for electrostatic spray models that have the functionality to toggle ON/OFF.</li> <li>Hold the sprayer nozzle 1-2 feet away from the target surface. Recommended for removing multiple coats of water-based acrylic floor finishes from all types of resilient tile and hard surfaces. Not recommended on linoleum or sheet vinyl floors. Pre-test in a small area; color bleeding or discoloration may occur on linoleum, rubber tile, or asphalt tile. Sweep or dust mop floor to remove any large debris. For light to medium stripping, dilute 10 oz. /gal. (1:12). For heavy stripping, dilute 25 oz. /gal. (1:5) with cool water. Apply solution liberally to floor surface. Allow 3 - 5 minutes contact time. Be sure to keep surface wet at all times. Agitate with a low speed rotary machine, automatic scrubber or stripping machine. Pick up solution with a wet vacuum, automatic scrubber or mop and bucket and thoroughly rinse the floor. Allow floor to dry completely before applying finish or sealer. No flood rinsing is necessary if surface appears free of dust and residue.
Recommended for supermarket, institutional and restaurant use where fast grease emulsification and lasting suds are a must. Allow pots and pans to soak for a few minutes. Hot water works better than cold. Use at 1 - 2 oz. per 10 gallons (30 - 60 mL/38 liters) of water. NOTE: All equipment or surfaces subject to direct contact with food should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water following use. Avoid contamination of food in the application and storage of this product.

Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 4 coats of finish is recommended. Note: This product is a self-sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a Betco sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop. Damp mop or automatic scrub using a Betco floor cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor to enhance gloss as needed. Use Betco® One Step High Speed Cleaner/Restorer to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating. INTERIM MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop. Top scrub the floor using Daily Scrub SC and maroon pad to remove the top soiled layers of finish. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Apply 1 - 2 coats of finish as directed above. Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum.

This sealer can be used as a finish coat, however, for a better shine, increased protection and easier maintenance, we recommended the application of 2 - 4 coats of a Betco floor finish that best fits your maintenance program. Removes tough crayon, lipstick, graffiti, oil and heel marks from a variety of surfaces. Not recommended for use on glass or water based paints. Fill either trigger spray bottles or mop buckets/auto scrubbers through the FASTDRAW SYSTEM. Leaves no residue or streaks. Spray surface. Wipe clean with a lint free towel or sponge.
